29th Annual JA Golf Classic was a great success.

Non-profit is just our tax code, not our focus! We are FOR IMPACT focused and look forward to sharing how and why JA Central Iowa is still around after 55 years! #triedandtrue

Our first “For Impact Fridays” is timely as we anticipate the start of JA programs this 23-24’ school year!

Our gratitude is in overdrive when we think back to our recent JA Golf Classic! Our 29^th Annual JA Golf Classic is sustained by the companies, golfers and partners that continue to support JA! Choosing to participate at the JA golf Classic funnels right back to supporting central Iowa students.

JA Central Iowa covers 52 of the 99 counties in Iowa. With over 28,000 students receiving JA programs in the 2022-2023 school year this number is expected to reach over 30,000 this school year! This is not possible without our largest fundraiser. On August 14^th, we welcomed over 180 golfers to Des Moines Golf and Country Club. We are thankful to Sammons Financial for being our presenting sponsor, in addition to all the returning sponsors and the 15+ new sponsors who joined us! With new signage, new swag and new course experiences it was a great day!

Funds raised go directly towards our ability to serve real-life, difference making programs to the youth right here in central Iowa! We are mission and “for impact focused” for our Kindergarten to 12^th graders! The future looks bright with JA Central Iowa!
