[Des Moines, Iowa] – Junior Achievement (JA) of Central Iowa receives $150,000 gift from Meta’s data center in Altoona, Iowa. This gift will underwrite the cost for all 5th grade SE Polk and Bondurant-Farrar students to attend JA BizTown over the summer and the next 5 years.
Additionally, a portion of the gift will fund the build-out and sponsorship of Meta’s JA BizTown Storefront. The newest storefront at JA BizTown will be opening this summer.
“I’m grateful to have Meta as our newest partner at JA BizTown. We’re all excited to see the unveiling of the new storefront this fall. It’ll definitely enhance the student experience,” said Ryan Osborn, JA of Central Iowa President.
