Mercer Donates Art Auction Proceeds to Junior Achievement of Central Iowa
Mercer's Urbandale, Iowa location recently underwent renovations to their office space. Following these changes, Mercer found themselves with an abundance of historic art pieces seeking new homes. Mercer decided to hold a silent auction event for their employees. These art pieces raised nearly $7,000. The proceeds were donated to Junior Achievement of Central Iowa.
By choosing Junior Achievement as the beneficiary, Mercer demonstrated their commitment to the community and investing in the youth of central Iowa. Junior Achievement of Central Iowa couldn't be more appreciative. The decision to allocate the auction proceeds to our organization is a testament to the partnership between Mercer and JA.
Local corporations thinking of Junior Achievement of Central Iowa as the non-profit to donate proceeds to is a tremendous honor. We look forward to continuing our programming and instilling lessons of financial literacy, career & work readiness, and entrepreneurship into the lives of young people in central Iowa thanks to our corporate partners like Mercer.
We look forward to this continued relationship with Mercer as we inspire the tomorrows of young people. A huge thank you to Mercer from all of us here at Junior Achievement of Central Iowa!
