At Junior Achievement of Central Iowa, we’re proud to work alongside partners who share our vision for preparing young people to thrive in the future. F&G has been a generous and visionary supporter of this mission, helping us bring innovative programs to students across our region.
This year, F&G played a vital role in launching 3DE by Junior Achievement at Marshalltown High School, the very first 3DE program in Central Iowa. 3DE is an educational model that reimagines the high school experience by integrating real-world business challenges into everyday classroom learning. With the support of partners like F&G, students don’t just learn about concepts in theory, they get to apply them, solve problems, and build skills that will serve them long after graduation.
Through their investment, F&G is empowering students to:
- Engage in case-based learning connected to real companies and industries.
- Build essential work-ready skills, such as teamwork, communication, and problem-solving.
- Explore career pathways they may never have considered otherwise.

F&G’s commitment goes far beyond funding. Their employees actively volunteer with JA, serving as mentors and role models in programs like JA BizTown, JA Finance Park, and in classrooms across Central Iowa. Every time an F&G volunteer shares their story or guides a student through an activity, they help bring learning to life in a meaningful way.

We are also excited to welcome Amanda Wuest, to the Junior Achievement of Central Iowa Board of Directors. Amanda’s leadership and perspective will be invaluable as we continue to expand the reach and impact of JA programs across our community.
Thanks to F&G’s leadership, volunteerism, and board engagement, the launch of 3DE at Marshalltown High School marks an exciting step forward in transforming education in Central Iowa. Together, we’re breaking down barriers and creating new opportunities for students to discover their potential and prepare for bright futures.
We are deeply grateful to F&G for their commitment to advancing Junior Achievement’s mission and for believing in the power of young people. Their partnership and Amanda’s service on our board is helping shape the next generation of thinkers, leaders, and innovators.
