The 3DE Director/Senior Director leads the school-based teams to ensure the effective implementation of the 3DE model in partnership with school leadership. This role involves managing 3DE school implementation managers, providing consistent feedback and support, and ensuring resources are available for model fidelity. The 3DE Director/Senior Director supports school implementation managers in achieving operational targets, building a positive school culture, and aligning strategic priorities. As a key member of the local education team, the 3DE Director/Senior Director uses data and feedback to inform strategy and build a strong local 3DE product team. The 3DE Director/Senior Director serves as a thought partner for the school implementation team, providing support to proactively address challenges and strengthen local relationships.

Primary Responsibilities:

Core Responsibilities

Leadership & Management:
Supervise and evaluate school implementation managers, providing regular coaching and guidance.
Be present on-site at schools to build credibility and promote understanding of the 3DE model.
Support the development of a culture focused on collaboration, problem-solving, and celebrating success.
Collaboratively plan with school leadership and teammates to identify school goals, align priorities, and develop action plans.
Attend and participate in the 3DE network and professional development training and calls.
Model Implementation:
Work with schools to develop systems to build teacher awareness and capacity to integrate and own their success.
Support schools in building student outreach/enrollment processes and partner with the school team to meet target enrollment numbers.
Work with the 3DE team and school administration to proactively schedule and prepare for community/business partner engagement.
Strategic Planning & Improvement:
Monitor quality assurance data to inform planning and continuous improvement.
Identify opportunities to further integrate school team to streamline resources
Serve as a liaison between the schools, JA leadership, and the district, ensuring critical infrastructure supports effective implementation.

Qualifications (required)

Desired Experience

Education:
Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree in a relevant field preferred.
Leadership Experience:
Prior experience in educational leadership or a related field. (e.g., administration, department chair).
Data-Driven Decision Making:
Experience using data to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
Relationship Building:
Proven track record of successful relationship building and management with a variety of stakeholders.
Time Management:
Experience organizing multiple projects and competing priorities while effectively managing time
